Starting on June 1st, we have altered our clinic protocol. We respectfully request that clients adhere to our policies and practice patience as we move forward.
Our current appointment availability is 1 month for annual health exams for our current clients. Wait times are likely to change. If your pet is exhibiting an urgent concern, an appointment may be scheduled sooner at the discretion of the veterinary staff.
The clinic will continue to be locked to the general public. We request that clients continue to call in to the clinic for food and medication pick up and when they arrive for scheduled appointments. Please be patient if you do not get through as our call intake has increased.
Payment for food and medication will continue to be taken over the phone with credit or via email transfer until further notice. We request that payment be made prior to coming for pick up.
For appointments scheduled with the veterinarian, 1 client will now be allowed in the clinic with their pet. Clients coming into the clinic will be required to wear masks that they bring. THE CLINIC WILL NOT BE PROVIDING PERSONNAL PROTECTIVE WEAR. Clients will be put directly into and exam room and will remain there until otherwise instructed.
Appointments scheduled with a veterinary technician will still be practiced curbside.
